Riverina Juvenile Justice Centre Visit

Amazing day spent with Patty and the lads at the Riverina Juvenile Justice Centre! Today we delivered 3 sessions to 3 groups of young men around mental health wellbeing. We shared some of our lived experience, identifying triggers, early warning signs and what works for us to keep well.

During a break a nurse from inside the Centre approached us and said one of the boys went to her after one of the sessions and asked to learn more about his mental health!

It was a privilege to be able to have these important conversations around mental health and plant some seeds for the next generation. As always, the lads were engaged and respectful.
